The Law Office of Evan D. Williams prides itself on achieving the best results for the client. The initial consultation is free of charge in order for the client to take his/her time in explaining the facts surrounding the dispute, and then discuss possible alternatives. After the initial consultation, the client will be offered a fee arrangement. Generally, the Law Office of Evan D. Williams accepts cases on an hourly-fee basis with a retainer. However, in limited circumstances, cases are acceptable on a contingency fee basis where the clients pays only if there is a recovery.
